OROP-3 Pension: OROP के तहत हर पांच साल पर पेंशन में संशोधन किया जाता है। 1 जुलाई 2014 से पहली बार मोदी सरकार ने OROP-1 को लागू किया था उसके 5 साल बाद जुलाई 2019 से OROP-2 लागू किया गया। अब 5 साल के बाद तीसरी बार पेंशन में रिवीजन करके OROP-3 Pension दिया जाना है. इसी को लेकर लोकसभा में प्रश्नकाल के दौरान सरकार से प्रश्न पूछा गया, तो क्या प्रश्न पूछा गया और इसका क्या उत्तर मिला, चलिए पूरी खबर को विस्तार में जान लेते हैं।
कैबिनेट बैठक में OROP-3 की मिली मंजूरी
ORO-3 Pension का फायदा 1 जुलाई 2024 से मिलेगा, इसको लेकर रक्षा मंत्रालय ने केन्द्रिय कैबिनेट से मंजूरी प्राप्त कर ली है, कैबिनेट मंत्रीमंडल की बैठक में रक्षा मंत्रालय ने OROP-3 पेंशन टेबल की चर्चा की और पीएम मोदी ने OROP-3 पेंशन भुगतान करने की मंजूरी दे दी, इसका फायदा जुलाई से दिया जाएगा, कैबिनेट की बैठक में OROP-3 के तहत पेंशन की संशोधित दरों पर चर्चा हुई थी और पीएम मोदी ने इसके ऊपर मंजूरी दे दी है।
लोकसभा में गुंजा OROP-3 का मुद्दा
26 जुलाई को लोकसभा में प्रश्नकाल के दौरान OROP-3 को लेकर प्रश्न पूछा गया, इसको लेकर सांसद श्री सच्चिदानंदम आर की तरफ से प्रश्न पूछा गया कि उन्होंने कहा कि 2014 से OROP- 1 के हिसाब से पेंशन मिलनी चाहिए थी लेकिन इसको मिलने में देरी हुई, उसी प्रकार 2019 से OROP-2 की पेंशन समय से मिलनी चाहिए थी लेकिन उसमें भी देरी हुई जिसकी वजह से एरियर का भुगतान करना पड़ा, तो क्या रक्षा मंत्रालय पेंशनभोगियों को जुलाई महीने से OROP-3 पेंशन का भुगतान करेगी? केंद्र सरकार OROP-3 की पेंशन जो की 1 जुलाई 2024 से मिलनी है तो क्या सरकार इसका भुगतान जुलाई महीने से देना शुरू करेगी।
केंद्र सरकार ने दिया जवाब
इन सारे प्रश्नों का उत्तर रक्षा मंत्रालय में राज्य मंत्री श्री संजय सेठ ने दिया उन्होंने कहा कि 1 जुलाई 2024 से OROP- 3 पेंशन भुगतान करने के ऊपर कैबिनेट से मंजूरी मिल गई है और जुलाई महीने से इसका लाभ दिया जाएगा। OROP-3 पेंशन टेबल 10 अगस्त तक तैयार कर ली जाएगी और जल्द ही सभी के सामने इसको रखा जाएगा. अगस्त महीने की पेंशन के साथ OROP-3 के अनुसार पेंशन दी जाएगी और जुलाई महीने का एरियर का भी भुगतान करके दिया जाएगा।

It’s not possible to make off payment at the same time by any government. This government has been trying to make payments as a whole. But think before criticising the government that why hasn’t been made payments by the previous government so far? Is their motive favoured us? The previous government is trying to give us lolipop so as to support them to form government in the centre and then nothing should be done by them for us. So wait to get benefits. Subedar who have been retired after compition of 28 yrs of service. What is the provision for them because table shows 30 yrs of service. Please try to explain
Orop is applicable for pmr Or not.
Please donot compare Indian Army with any other organization. If a soldier doesnot get promotion he retires at the age of 34 years where our friends in PMF serve till 60 years of age. Teams and condition of service’ is different. You must know when all govt machineries fails it is the indian army who takes charge to save the people of our beloved country. PMF job is not to defend the country from external aggression. Therefore do not compare army with any body else.
For central government employees, the government had made a fitment factor of 2.57 in One Rank One Pension, where did it go? The government has again created controversy in One Rank One Pension 3, no fitment factor has been implemented.
