पेंशन और पेंशनभोगी कल्याण मंत्री (DOPPW) डा. जितेंद्र सिंह ने कहा है कि देश के विकास और निर्माण में पेंशनभोगियो और वरिष्ठ नागरिकों की अहम भूमिका है। DOPPW की तरफ से प्री- रिटायरमेंट काउंसलिंग कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया था, इस कार्यशाला में कर्मचारी और पेंशनभोगियों को संबोधित करते हुए डॉ जितेंद्र सिंह ने ये बात कही। इस अवसर पर रिटायर हो रहे कर्मचारियों को सम्मानित भी किया गया।
डॉ. जितेंद्र सिंह ने कहा है कि सरकार, पेंशनभोगियो और वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के जीवन को सहज बनाने के लिए पेंशन वितरण प्रक्रिया को आसान बना रही है। केंद्रीय मंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार पेंशन भुगतान में देरी को कम करने और पेंशन से संबंधित प्रशासनिक प्रक्रियाओं में सुधार के लिए नए-नए तकनीको का उपयोग कर रही है।
पेंशनभोगी और वरिष्ठ नागरिक समाज की रीढ़
डॉ. जितेंद्र सिंह ने रिटायर होनेवाले कर्मचारियों की विशेषताओं का उपयोग करने के साथ उन्हें ‘टीम इंडिया’ का हिस्सा बनाने का संकल्प लिया है, जिससे विकसित भारत के लक्ष्य को साकार किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि पेंशनभोगियों की विशेषज्ञताओं, तजुर्बों और अनुभवो का उपयोग करके आधुनिक भारत का लक्ष्य साकार होगा। पेंशनभोगी और वरिष्ठ नागरिक समाज के रीढ़ होते हैं इसलिए उनका योगदान अमूल्य है।
पेंशनभोगियों के जीवन को बनाया गया है सरल
डॉ जितेंद्र सिंह ने कहा कि पेंशनधारकों के साथ धोखाधड़ी ना हो इसके लिए उन्हें बार-बार सतर्क किया जाता है, उन्हे इसकी ट्रेनिग भी दी जाती है। इसके साथ ही साथ उनके समय और ऊर्जा की बचत हो इसके लिए घर बैठे फोन की सहायता से लाइफ सर्टिफिकेट भरने की सुविधा दी गयी है। पेंशनभोगियों की शिकायतों के लिए CPENGRAMS पोर्टल की शुरुवात की गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे देश से प्रभावित होकर बांग्लादेश, मालदीव व दक्षिण अफ्रीका भी इसका उपयोग कर रहे हैं।
पेंशनभोगियों को अब नहीं करनी पड़ती है भाग-दौड़
पहले पेंशनभोगियों को पेंशन से जुड़े हुए काम करवाने के लिए एक दफ्तर से दूसरे दफ्तर में दौड़ भाग करनी पड़ती थी जो कि अब नहीं करना पड़ता है, भविष्य सिस्टम के माध्यम से वे अपनी पेंशन को ट्रैक कर सकते हैं, इस सिस्टम के माध्यम से पेंशनभोगी अपनी पेंशन से जुड़ी हुई सभी बातों की जानकारी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं, इसके साथ ही पेंशनभोगियों की सुविधा के लिए पेंशनर्स पोर्टल की शुरुआत की गई है जिसके माध्यम से वे अपनी पेंशन से जुड़ी हुई सभी आदेशो की जानकारी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
इस अवसर पर डॉक्टर जितेंद्र सिंह ने कहा कि पेंशनभोगियों के लिए दीर्घायु एप्प की व्यवस्था की गई है जिसके माध्यम से पेंशनभोगी अपनी पेंशन को ट्रैक कर सकते हैं, लाइफ सर्टिफिकेट का स्टेटस चेक कर सकते हैं, पेंशन स्लिप को डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं, फॉर्म नंबर 16 डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं, तो कुल मिलाकर पेंशनभोगियों के हित में सरकार हमेशा कुछ ना कुछ बड़ा काम करती रहती है।

This is all waste. Original problem is commutation pension which govt. recovers for 15 years instead of 12 years. Govt. Is cheating pensioners. However people are giving befitting response to this govt.

So, I suggesst that Govt servants, must be grateful to the Tax payers, by virtue of whom, you are being paid pension after retirement for doing nothing.
Secondly, all Govt servants are paid exorbitantly much higher salaries than most of the others employed in private sector or otherwise.
I strongly feel, hoping that all of you would excuse me for this, that salaries of all the Govt servants must be slashed & cut down by at least 30 to 50% depending on the wage scale.

The matter reported WRT other than Government Staff, ie people worked with private organisations, their pension plan needs to be seriously reviewed, as such people had been paying all types of Taxes through their lives but there seems “no support” from Govt. The Pension due from EPFO is just for the name shak & there is no social security. Also, Govt must extend support on Medical Insurance like Ayushman.

E.P.S. 95 before 2014 employees revised pension as per supreme court. No action taken by E.P.F.O. and Government of India for rest employees. I think E.P.F.O. Department closed and hand over any Private Sector.. So senior citizen

Recently I suffered from severe UTI I went to cghs dispensary and was given one alkaline syrup. It did not help at all and hence I decided to take treatment of a renowned urologist. I was running high fever and burning in urination. The medicos were given after derailed investigation and I shared getting relief from the first dose itself. Follow up treatment is going on. I submitted my claim in wellness centre but I was told why I didn’t not take referral. I informed them I was not in position to come love alone have no one for my support. Then they said that I should bring emergency certificate from hospital. And said even then I will get reimbursement for only one day. It is shocking. Hence request honorable minister for making procedure such that pensioners get referral online immediately. And all treatments taken in any hospital must reimbursed at at if not actuals, at cghs dates.

आज तक सीनियर सिटीजन या पेंशनर को केवल डी ए बढ़ने के कोई लाभ नहीं दिया गया 18 महीने का डीए भी कोरोना में सरकार ने ले लिया ,जोकि अभी तक नहीं दिया, बेची पेंशन 15 साल के स्थान पर 12 साल में बहाल करने या पूरी पेंशन देने का हाईकोर्ट से आदेश होने के बाद भी लागू नहीं किया । 50प्रतिशत डीए भी बेसिक में मर्ज नहीं किया,80 वर्ष की उम्र में २० ०प्रतिशत पेंशन बढ़ने के स्थान पर 65 वर्ष की उम्र में 5 प्रतिशत 70 वर्ष की उम्र में 10 प्रतिशत 75 में 15 और 80 वर्ष की उम्र में 20 प्रतिशत पेंशन बढाने की मांग भी पूरी नही की गयी, सीनियर सिटीजन को रेलवे में किराये में 43 प्रतिशत छूट भी समाप्त कर दी,अभी तक चालू नहीं की। 8 वें वेतन आयोग के गठन का भी सरकार ने बजट में नाम भी नहीं लिया, यानि सरकार,सरकारी कर्मचारियों,पेंशनर्स,सीनियर सिटीजन को कोई महत्व नहीं दे रही है।

हमारी उम्र ७५ वर्ष है मै जो पी, एफ जो अपना योगदान दिया था उसके बदले फैमिली पेंशन रु १००० प्रति माह मिल रहा है, ऊंची पेंशन वालो की बढ़ोत्तरी सुन कर लगा की अंतिम आदमी का लगता है कोई पूछने वाला नहीं है,
अतः आप से प्रार्थना करेंगे कि कृपया इस तरफ भी एक नजर डालने की कृपा करें, इतने पैसे मे दवा भी पूरी नहीं होगी। अतः बढ़ाने की कृपा करें।
पेंशन Rs १००० एक हजार प्रति माह मिल रही है इसको बढ़ाने की कृपा करें।
ये पी, एफ वाली है जो फैमिली पेंशन के नाम से जाना जाता है। ज्यादा वाले पेंशनर की तो और बढ़ गई परन्तु एक हजार पाने वाले की कौन सुधि लेगा, इसलिए प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी को लिखना पड़ा l

सरकार का ध्यान प्राइवेट स्कूल्स के पेंशनर्स की तरफ बिल्कुल नहीं है। शिक्षकों को मुश्किल से अधिकतम 4000 रूपए ही मिल पाती है कितने शर्म की बात है। सांसदों और विधायकों को सिर्फ पांच वर्ष के बाद ही आजीवन बहुत अधिक पेंशन मिलती है और अन्य सुविधाएं भी। क्या उनकी मूल भूत आवशकताएं समान्य प्राइवेट शिक्षक से अधिक होती हैं? जबकि देश के विकास में इनका योगदान किसी से कम नहीं है यदि संभव हो तो सरकार इस तरफ ध्यान दे।
एक पेन्शनर्स को उसका पहचान पत्र देने के लिए राज्सय रकारने आदेश,जीआर तो जारी किया पर कार्यालय प्रमुख ईसपर काम करते हैं या नही ये कोई नही देखता, ऐप्रेल 2024 में किया गया आवेदन 4 महिनों से लंबित है, अधिकारी का कहना है, स्टाफ नही है, सभी काम ऑनलाइन है, वेतन सेल्फ सर्विस टपाल के लिए 2-3 कर्मी काफी है. पर ईसपर संतुष्टी नही.

Also the split up proposal of pension attaining at the of 65 yrs 5pc, 70yrs 10pc, 75 yrs 15pc and 80yrs 20pc likewise has not been considered by Central Government.
