EPS- 95 पेंशनभोगी सरकार की उदासीनता के कारण तंगी में जीने के लिए मजबूर हो चुके हैं। लंबे समय से EPS- 95 पेंशनभोगी अपनी पेंशन में बढ़ोतरी की मांग कर रहे हैं लेकिन सरकार की कानों पर जू तक नहीं रेंग रही है। उनकी पेंशन बढ़ेगी इसी इंतजार में बहुत सारे पेंशनभोगी स्वर्ग सिधार चुके लेकिन सरकार उनकी मांगों को नजरअंदाज कर देती है।
EPS-95 के तहत न्यूनतम पेंशन 7500 + DA, मेडिकल की सुविधा की है मांग
EPS-95 पेंशनभोगी लंबे समय से धरना प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं कि उनकी पेंशन बढ़ाई जाए 7500 हजार रुपए + DA का फायदा उनको दिया जाए। दिल्ली, महाराष्ट्र, देश के अन्य राज्यों में हर जगह धरना प्रदर्शन किया गया लेकिन उसका असर सरकार के ऊपर नहीं हुआ। सरकार केवल आश्वासन देती है हकीकत में पेंशन धारकों को कुछ नहीं मिलता। पिछले 6 वर्षों से पेंशनभोगी परेशान है। पेंशनधारक न्यूनतम पेंशन बढ़ाने की मांग कर रहे हैं साथ में पति या पत्नी के लिए मुफ्त चिकित्सा सुविधाओं की मांग कर रहे हैं पर सरकार केवल आश्वासन देते आई है खुद पीएम मोदी भी आश्वासन दे चुके थे लेकिन अभी तक उनकी पेंशन बढ़ोतरी को लेकर कोई घोषणा नहीं की गई।
कमांडर अशोक रावत का कहना है कि मोदी जी अपनी गारंटी पूरा करें और मानवता के आधार पर पुरानी पेंशनभोगियों की मांगों को तुरंत पूरा करें मौजूदा समय में न्यूनतम पेंशन ₹1000 है। आज के जमाने में ₹1000 से कुछ भी नहीं होने वाला है ऐसे में पेंशन को बढ़ाना चाहिए और मानवता के आधार पर पेंशनधारकों के साथ न्याय करना चाहिए। EPFO क्या कर रहा है, CBDT क्या कर रही है, इसके पंचडे मे पेन्शनधारक नही पडना चाहते।
पेंशनधारकों को उनका ही हक उनको नहीं मिलता
EPS- 95 के तहत आने वाले कर्मचारियों की मूल वेतन का 12 फ़ीसदी हिस्सा भविष्य निधि में जाता है जबकि एंपलॉयर का 12% हिस्से में से 8.33 फ़ीसदी कर्मचारी पेंशन योजना में जमा किया जाता है। ये कर्मचारियों का ही पैसा होता है, कर्मचारी जब रिटायर होंगे तो इसी से उनको पेंशन दी जाती है लेकिन सरकार उनका ही हक नहीं देती है। EPFO द्वारा कर्मचारियो के पैसे से ही पेंशन दी जाती है और बैंक ब्याज भी कम मिलती है और पेंशनर की मृत्यू होने पर प्रिंसिपल अमाउंट भी सरकार को जाता है। ऐसे मे पेन्शनधारको के साथ न्याय होना चाहिये।
हायर पेन्शन पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में हुई थी जीत
हायर पेन्शन पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बडा फैसला दिया था पर कोर्ट के फैसले के बावजूद सरकार हायर पेंशन को लेकर पेंशनधारको के साथ न्याय नहीं कर रही है केवल समय सीमा बढ़ा रही है। अब हायर पेन्शन के लिये समय सीमा 31 मई 2024 तक बढा दी गई है, ऐसे मे जिसने पैसा जमा करके हायर विकल्प का ऑप्शन चुना उनको नुकसान के अलावा कुछ नही मिल रहा है। उनका पैसा भी जमा कर लिया और उच्च पेन्शन का लाभ भी नही मिल रहा है।
देश की संसद मे गुंजता रहा है ये मुद्दा
लोकसभा और राज्यसभा मे माननीय मंत्री महोदय द्वारा इसका मुद्दा उठाया गया, महाराष्ट्र से NCP की सांसद सुप्रिया सुले ने इस मुद्दे पर श्रम मंत्रालय को घेरा। श्रम मंत्रालय को शर्म मंत्रालय तक कहा गया। श्रम मंत्रालय को अगर पेन्शनधारको की चिंता है तो तुरंत उनकी मांग पर मंजूरी देकर आदेश जारी करे। लेकिन पेन्शनधारको की मांग पुरी नही की गई।

EPFO कार्यालय पर कल होगा प्रदर्शन
EPS-95 राष्ट्रीय संघर्ष समिति के पेन्शनर्स कल 11 मार्च को देश भर के EPFO कार्यालय मे प्रदर्शन करेगे। न्यूनतम पेन्शन मे वृद्धी के साथ पती- पत्नी को चिकित्सा सुविधावो का लाभ मिले इस मांग को लेकर कल का दिन अहम होनेवाला है। न्यूनतम पेन्शन 75000 + DA की मांग की जाएगी। देश मे आचार संहिता लगने से पहले अगर इस पर फैसला नही होता है तो पेन्शनधारक लंबा इंतजार करना पडेगा।

I am a retiree prior to 1-9-2014. I am in need of increased pension. I deposited money and then EPFO is giving me pension ie Rs2376/- per month. Now a days it’s a very small amount. Some people are getting Rs3000/- old age pension without depositing any amount. When we all people are ready to deposit money then what is problem to EPFO. EPFO must raise our pension very soon so that we people live a comfortable life. I am with those all retirees who are struggling for pension.

Actually EPS 95 Scheme need to be closed. It is of no use. Instead of fighting in the supreme court for higher pension, we should appeal the court to end this useless EPs 95 scheme.

That’s a very very small amt for pensioners I request to present govt. To release my pension amount. Presently how to survive with family with short amount . Leader also got huge of amount. How can say leader are “jansewak” but we can say leaders are “Janloot marak”
If after working in factory for 30 years we will get minimum pension of Rs1000 then it’s better for us to sit idle in M.P and free get 1500Rs monthly in Ladli Behna Yojna.Right Government wants us to sit idle.

Adamant EPFO,a milking cow for the Govt,is dancing to it’s tune, with no iota of responsibility/social sense of welfare aspects of the social security measures,will face it’s Waterloo very soon,if it doesn’t mend it’s way. EPF 95 Scheme was introduced by Congress Govt on the guise of assuring immense benifits,misguiding the employer/employees Org.Unions/with a hidden agenda , only to grab the hard earned money of large number of work force who have brought our country to the present developed state ,& that too making it compulsory. Experiencing joyness of loot of funds by its Administrators & successive Govt’s ,even including the present one l(previously when in opposition vociferously demanding for higher pension)quenching their thirst, to place their henchmen, vested interests on top priority in mind, are now turning a blind eye with deaf ears to post retirement avows discomforts of senior citizen retirees, who spent their valuable lifetime services for the upward growth of our country by virtue of dint of their hard work. I am just getting Rs.958.00 as my pension per month , which is too less . The cost of living is too high, it is very difficult to manage with Rs 958.00.
Pensioners who were retired before 30.09.2014 should be eligible to get higher pension and the time frame must be increased for them to apply, if at all required to be applied.
I joined EPF since 1978 and retired on 31.07.2014. They must consider pension for me and lower the cut off date.
